Open Leg Work Benches

Our Arc- welded heavy duty angle iron bench legs make up the support frame for these Open Leg Workbenches. The Bench leg tops are double pierced allowing for two tops to share a common leg if additional space is required immediately or in the future.  Shelves, Stringers, Back & End plates are formed of heavy gauge steel to provide day-in and day-out lifetime performance. Tops are predrilled to assure extra sturdy performance and ease of assembly.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Bench top selections include: 12 gauge Steel, 1 ¾” or 2 5/8” Laminated Maple, 1 ¾” Hard Top or Plastic Laminate.                                                         Standard Color: Pollard Green.  Bench Tops:                                                                                                                                                       Steel – 12 gauge steel tops are predrilled and countersunk for ease of assembly.  Tops are formed down 1 ½” and under 1” front and back for superior rigidity.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Laminated Maple – Select either 1 ¾” standard thickness hardwood maple or the Classic Butcher Block Top with a 2-5/8” thickness. Tops are predrilled and countersunk.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Hard Top – The 1 ¾” composite hard top offers additional hardness compared to maple and features a stain resistant surface and hardwood edge bands. Tops are predrilled and counter sunk.                                                                                                                                                                                    Plastic Laminate – A 1-5/8” thick top with a 45 lb. particle board core and .050 high pressure plastic laminate top, this top is not predrilled and must be lag screwed
