Open Leg Work Benches

Pollard Style 200 Arc-welded heavy duty angle iron bench legs make up the support frame for these Open Leg Workbenches. The Bench leg tops are double pierced allowing for two tops to share a common leg if additional work space is required immediately or in the future. Shelves, stringers, back and end plates are formed of heavy gauge to provide superior strength and stability. All Steel, Maple and Hard Top Open Leg Workbenches have a capacity of up to 10,000 lbs.

Mobile Bench - Standard casters made of polyurethane and have a 5' Diameter. 350 lb Cap per caster; 700 lb. Cap per Bench Leg; 1,400 lb. per pair of legs; higher capacities available.

Bench top selections include:

Steel - 12 gauge steel tops are predrilled and countersunk for ease of assembly. Tops are formed down 1-1/2" and under 1" front and back for superior rigidity.
Laminated Maple - Select either 1-3/4" standard thickness hardwood maple or the extra heavy duty 2-5/8" thickness. Predrilled and countersunk.
Hard Top - The 1-3/4" composite hard top offers additional hardness compared to maple and features a stain resistant surface and hardwood edge bands. Predrilled and counter sunk.
Plastic Laminate - A 1-5/8" thick top with a 45 lb. particle board core and .050 high pressure plastic laminate top, this top is not predrilled and must be lag screwed.
