These racks will store bars, pipe, angle, etc., vertically up to 12 feet long. Heavy duty formed 12 gauge shelves have 1-1/4” x 1-1/4” welded angle dividers. Store any variety of short stock material with 20 inches of clearance between shelves. End sections are one piece, all welded units. Units are designed to be free standing, but have holes for optional attachment to the floor.

Formed Tray Shelving - 404
Pollard's Style 404 Medium Duty Shelving features durable 16 gauge trays that bolt to 1¼" x 1¼" x 1/8" angle uprights. The trays have a formed 1" lip that is pierced to mount to the uprights with tray edges turned up or down. The uprights are pierced in multiple places for flexible mounting options, allowing you to adjust for clearance as needed and never sacrifice any strength or structural integrity. Style 404 is a great space saving organizer in any setting.

Heavy Gauge Shelving - 405
Pollard's Style 405 Customizable Shelving Units come in multiple widths, lengths and heights to help de-clutter your life and workspace. In a garage, factory or basement, these heavy duty 12 gauge shelves can hold even the largest of loads without warping or bending like cheaper models. The non-marring leveler glides allow for dependable sturdy storage even on a slightly slopped or slanted surface. Each shelf is formed 1" up in back and 1" down in front for strength and fully hemmed stringers assure rigidity throughout the unit.

Material Storage Shelving - 406 & 407
All purpose, versatile steel racks to store dies, tools and fixtures with easy access from all sides. Utilize a single free-standing rack or multiple racks for expanded storage. Standard duty Style # 406 uprights are pierced for flexible shelf location with standard clearance of 10 inches.The all welded heavy duty Style No. 407 shelf has a clearance of 10 inches unless otherwise specified. Overall height is 63 inches. Enclosed units are available and shelter the unit with 16 gauge steel on the sides and back. Enclosed units have the option of locking 12 gauge doors. All units can be ordered mobile by adding 6? phenolic casters. Shipped KD.

Utility Tray Shelving - 408
This heavy duty storage rack was originally created for paint can storage, but works great in many applications. The five rugged 16 gauge formed shelves are supported by 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/8" angle. The 2" form around the entire shelf can be mounted up or down as you desire. 1-1/2" Non-marring leveler glides come standard to protect your flooring, create adjust ability, and help provide a level surface on uneven flooring. Optional 2-1/2" locking dual swivel casters create a mobile unit. Uprights are pierced in multiple places for flexible placement of trays or the addition of more trays.

Bracket Mount Shelving - 410, 411 & 412
The Bracket Mount Shelf series is a great way to save space in any setting! Shelves are available in three different styles to help meet your load range and design needs. Brackets for all shelves are pierced with 1/2" holes and can be mounted to standard wall studs, concrete structures or brick frame (hardware for standard wall stud mounting provided). 410-412 Shelves come in 18ga-12ga steel as standard, but all shelves are also available in 1-1/4" Maple or Red Oak.
The Light Duty 410 Shelf is our lightest duty shelf and still has a 100 lb capacity. Formed and pierced 1' x ¼" Steel Strip Brackets support an 18 ga. steel shelf. The shelf is formed down and under in front and up in back for superior structural strength.
The Medium Duty 411 Shelf employs a 16 ga. steel shelf formed 1-3/4" down and 1" under in front and 1" in the back to provide a 200 lb weight capacity. This tough shelf is supported by 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" angle iron brackets.
The Heavy Duty 412 Shelf uses the same 1-1/2 x 1-1/2" brackets coupled with a 1" x 1/8" Steel Strip for bracket support. The 12 ga Steel Shelf is formed 1-3/4" down and 1" under in front and 1" in back to provide a 400 lb capacity!
